If you click on your blockcypher link, then click on "confidence" info button, it says "double spend detected"

It is probably an issue deriving from the fact the mempool is so full.
Other payments from sender address are slowly confirming.

Either wait a little longer see what develops or contact ...

Giving your "wallet identifier/login number to someone" is giving them direct access to your wallet.
If the person you gave that info to is not reputable, you have lost your btc.
Highly unlikely anyone has "accidentally" sent to wrong account, just the account of their chosing - their own account ...

It may confirm anytime in the next day or two, or it will drop out of the mempool and back to the sender ...
