Its called customer aquisition cost. I remember when Uber first came to my region and were offering free rides to every new customer. Reap the benfits for they won't last forever.

Bithumb has been doing some good promotions for foriegn members lately. As to the above comment, a foriegnor should have no issues withdrawing as long as they have a Korean bank account and have completed a level 2 verification on Bithumb.

This is just my personal opinion but Ethereum is just a concept of replica of Bitcoin. I know these two are slightly different. However, I can't stop thinking that Ethereum is just an alternative coin that replaces Bitcoin in term of small amount of money
