Re: BCH Nov 15th upgrade

BitBox actually calls https://rest.bitcoin.com/v2/, and so the REST API calls on a BCHN compatible node.

Re: For sale DragonMint T1 16TH Bitcoin Miner

Interested.

Can you do escrow with a trusted third party here, and ship to the USA? (Roughly what price). Shipping I pay up-front, Bitcoins released on delivery in USA if that works for you.

Thank you,
James

Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? [SOLD]

I doubt that. Satoshi is very closely related to the initial responders to the whitepaper and early developers. In that sense he has multiple identities and is an expert in op-sec. He has peculiar language he likes to use, and this is reflected in his code and the earliest releases of Bitcoin, and i...

Re: Is it possible to find my old bitcoin details?

I have a faint memory of purchasing bitcoins years ago. I can recall looking at wallet choices but I don't remember what I selected. I don't even recall exactly how long ago this was, so I'm not sure what computer I was using or even what email/username details I may have used. Prepare say goodbye ...

Re: Reset password

Is this a password like a PIN or other entry method to the wallet, or is it a password on a private key? Is it a wallet at all? :) What do you mean by Bitcoin password? You can buy Bitcoin Cash and load it up somewhere without a password. If what you want is a password associated with an existing wa...

Re: Setting Password

It would be helpful to understand what you are trying to achieve. If all you want is a new BCH wallet that doesn't see anything, then why not just install a new wallet? It won't see anything, and you don't have to import keys, sweep them, or otherwise do anything. It won't know about your seed/s/key...

Hi shaggyau,

This may seem like a bit of a shameless plug but I would suggest checking us out http://swyftx.com.au/. We are a Aussie based crypto platform and we have some of the best prices out there - here to answer and questions about us if you have any.
Nice platform! :)

Re: Is there a simple way to buy Bitcoin?

Forgive me, yes I am a rookie. I have my wallets set up. I must be some kind of idiot, but is there a SIMPLE way to buy cryptocurrency? There is a $5 purchase limit with Coinbase for cards. Can't buy on Binance cause I'm in the USA. I'm super irritated at having to go through all these 1 million st...

Re: Zcash: a new standard for privacy and anonymity

ZCash is a fantastic crypto and well worth trying out. It's privacy features on top of everything else, and reasonably fast confirmation times makes it worthwhile. If you've ever wanted to become a miner, start with ZCash and an ASIC (forget GPU rigs). Get a decent second hand one. Even with fairly ...

Re: How did YOU get into Bitcoin?

I remember thinking about e-gold or something like that back in 2010, and scoffing about it for a while, thinking Bitcoin was a scam. I was busy and didn't think about it that much until 2011, then got busy again and tried to buy $10,000 worth in early 2013 when they were going for about um, was it ...
