1) The instability of many of the countries it is planning to roll out it (e.g. troubles in Tunisia)?
2) The related constraints that partnering governments/institutions will place on the system due to security fears, money laundering ...

How do you see OT's smart contracts working with blockchain-based smart contract protocols (Ethereum, Rootstock etc), including non-financial applications? How much of a priority are any such applications for Stash? Thanks
