after 10-30s you can mine a non empty block

identifying users of crypto will never happen. identifying users of exchanges where people may withdraw/deposit euros will happen.

i assume they are attempting the former, when in reality the latter is what is in their jurisdiction

futures/options markets need an MM too. price can be above or below spot. depends on the recent sentiment/manipulation

wasn't someone trying to act like a payment processor that accepted various mj cryptos and paid dollars to dispensaries? did that take off?

I can't see why the need for a lowly altcoin for this usage.
the premise for bitcoin is it's p2p money. why not make your own? if you are a pot shop why be subject to the whims of bitcoin? mmjcoins are good for honest businesses

i remember alerting them that their block halving schedule was not the 4.2 years or whatever after 420k blocks (it was like 8 months or something lolworthy) but no one seemed to care.
