The registration form is unintuitive. I was trying to register using SMS confirmation but after receiving text nothing happened. No input for the code or anything like that. The key was to setup 2FA and I was allowed to register after this step.

set white list of payment addresses
set up dedicated email address only for exchange account
Install authenticator application on device disconnected from Internet
to log in to exchanges and cryptocurrency programs buy separate computer
