I don't think this is a good idea.

Bitcoin.com should strive towards being impartial.

Making Classic the featured wallet is an acceptable bias. Claiming Classic is best for the bitcoin network is a step too far.

Just because bitcoin.org and /r/bitcoin use these tactics, doesn't mean bitcoin.com ...

You were in the cypherpunks group, involved in digicash, mojo nation (we tallked then btw), then involved with other stuff.

I believe the current roadmap has just one milestone; to force a 2MB hard fork to break core dev control.
After that, the roadmap is whatever the voters want on consider.it.

I find it a bit strange it hasn't surfaced before tho. Publication of something like this at the time he froze himself would have been logical to spur the research. His method of proving he has the coins is a bit weird too; why actually spend them ...

When you sign up, you prolly give an email address (even if it's a onetime, throwaway thing), so the email is not usually a privacy concern. Then payment requests can be used as you described (multiple requests) over email more easily than bitmessage.

Why has Open Bazaar gotten so much more attention than this one?

I'd say it was a result of it being the only (afaik) fork of Amir's darkmarket. It gained publicity and legitimacy at that time, and capitalized on it since then.
In hindsight, openbazaar never really got anywhere. New release ...

I hadn't realized how bad my eyes are getting until trying to use this forum. Without night mode it's just impossible.

Did I miss that setting?
If so, where is it (or a decent approximation even)? Basically I can't handle the large white areas coz they wash out the rest of the screen. Reversing ...
