I like the fact they are working hard. Did you see how many people contribute to it's development? It is quite large and they move right along. Pretty cool.

Re: US Federal Reserve Looks at Implementation of the Blockchain

I can't even begin to think about how large the blockchain would end up in just a year of tracking packages for the USPS.
They do an immense amount of shipping worldwide.
I wonder how they would deal with the blockchain bloat.

These are neat coins. I have a few of them also.
Definitely a piece of memorabilia.
BigTimeSpaghetti did a nice job with these and his other coins.

Re: Bitmain and Investors Announce 135 Megawatt State of The Art Data Center

I agree, it is good for Bitcoin and mining as well as data centers in general. They will be able to host things like cloud storage companies, server clusters and so much more. I look forward to seeing it done and getting my hands on the plans to go over. It looks like they are really going full out ...

Re: [2016-11-01] ViaBTC Loses Hash Power, Impact on Bitcoin Core

It is too bad it will not put the base block size argument in the past as well. There needs to be both. I think that SegWit and a hard base block size increase are both pieces of the same puzzle in gaining transaction space. So many parts. Visit https://bitnodes.21.co/nodes/ and you will see that Bi...

Of course. There is no reason not to. You are in charge of your own money, it can't be clawed back and it opens doors to the world. Re: GPU mining

I actually mine Eth with my GPUs and on the same system I have a CPU miner mining XMR.
Works well. Just keep in mind you want to have plenty of RAM so you do not slow your system. I have 32 mb in mine with 4x RX 480s and when I had 16mb it did not run so well doing both.

How important do you see keeping mining decentralized in the Bitcoin industry? What is the biggest issue you see with the blocksize debate and do you think that the new "Capacity Increases" https://github.com/bitcoin-dot-org/bitcoin.org/pull/1165 concensus on GitHub with most of the Bitcoin Devs for...

Well it is what we have come to expect from Theymos. Theymos literally has arguably the three most visible bitcoin social media sites in his sole control. The wiki, Bitcointalk and r/Bitcoin. This is to him someone taking that control away as we ramp up bitcoin.com. Theymos, we are going to make you...
