London Mob to Visit Josh Davis of Bitconnect

Notice 12/14/17: The TaTT project has been canceled due to lack of interest, but the Tracking Satoshi’s Killer project is alive and well, so those who are interested should watch for postings to come regarding its release. Track and Trap Them (TaTT) is now forming. Our first objective is Josh Davis ...

Tether is Pumping BTC

Anytime a BCH or altcoin rally gets started, Tether pumps millions of artificial USDT's into Bitfinex and Bitstamp to kill it. Check out this article & also look at the exchange pumps in the last 30 or so hours -- especially the ones that happened when BCH rallies were getting started.. https://coin...

Re: Please Remove a Dark Web Post

Putting our heads in the sand and pretending things don't exist doesn't do anyone any good. Whether we like it or not, the dark net exists, and Bitcoin.com is of the opinion that people should be allowed to discuss it. This forum even has a .onion address that people can use to access it. Just like...

Re: Please Remove a Dark Web Post

Would someone please remove the post titled: "Premium Links to the dark web" from Off-Topic? Thanks! Why? I have little experience on crypto forums and my post was based on my assumption that links to the dark web were something that most any forum would want to stay away from. What is this forums'...

A Bitcoin Hoarder and a Nay-sayer

The below story is the prologue for the upcoming crypto thriller, “Jane's Killer,” to be released on January 1st, 2018. Please excuse the awkward spacing of the story. Forums don't allow single-spaced paragraph indentation. This forced format style breaks the flow of the story, and in this, dilutes ...

Re: Reason for the run up?

Shouldn't worry too much about today's ups and downs.

I've enjoyed the show -- Bitcoin's a preteen with special abilities who's destined to be king showing off with some acrobatics.

Re: Now $325. Is this rise sustainable?

IMHO, yes. I'd even go further and argue that the previous price range of 230-260 throughout this year was unsustainably low. Despite with all the positive developments around Bitcoin, its market cap still hovers under 5 billion USD. The equivalent to 10% of that amount has already been invested in...

Re: Now $325. Is this rise sustainable?

I believe that it will be mostly up and up from here for a few years. With China at the beginning of the inevitable and painful shift from a manufacturing economy to a service economy which results in options for good investments there growing slimmer and slimmer, it seems to me that many will inves...

Re: Video: Bitcoin 101 - Why Mining? Understanding Why Bitcoiners Mine is Fundamental

This Blackboard Series video tells us that, in order to keep the computers running 24/7, Satoshi set up a difficult “puzzle” to solve -- which is the basis mining. Bitcoinwiki shows that we currently have about 18 to 20 active miners or mining pools -- of course some of these miners also mine altcoi...

Re: $1,000 Bitcoin prize for the most appreciated post on this forum

Is the below story a forum space hog? Or a good read? Read my Crypto Fi short story and decide for yourself. Unfortunately, this text box forces its own layout on my writing by eliminating paragraph indentation which changes the read and the meaning, so I was forced to add spaces between paragraphs ...

Re: $1,000 Bitcoin prize for the most appreciated post on this forum

Your prizes should be a good way to get new members.

Sounds like short stories are acceptable. If we start a Bitcoin fiction trend here, should we call it CryptoFi? I'm rewriting a Bitcoin short story that I wrote a couple of months ago and plan to post it soon.
