What you need is "bitcoin payment gateway". You can get a lot results on Google , they provide APIs to conduct bitcoin payment. You may need some programming skills to get this sort of payment done.

thanks for the responses, I'm glad to see there is some help because 4 years ago when I tried this there was little to no help at all.
So I do have a brick & morter store but I think that most of the sales using BC would be off our site, I have signed up with PitPay years ago and have gotten back ...
