You make literally no sense. There is no such thing as "free electricity", someone is going to pay for it. Slave labor doesn't help when mining bitcoin since you can't do it by hand. The country where only fiat is used (country A) would certainly have a medium-term advantage over the country with an intrinsically limited currency (country B) in paying for military costs. If country A can decisively win in that time, then yes, they would win in the long run.

I completely agree. The current block size stops bitcoin from growing and stops companies from considering bitcoin as a payment method. A maximum of 576000 transactions per day is laughable compared to Visa or even Paypal.
