I have not looked into that site viabtc.com yet and actually only first heard about it a couple of weeks ago so personally wouldn't trust what is says.
The site may say transaction confirmed but it shows no information at all, nothing about what block it is in or who mined it, strange.

Ok so i think i follow you now but still no closer to solving this confusing issue.

So when you sent the transaction from your Electrum wallet was the 1 confirmation you mention in the OP showing in your Electrum wallet or on blockchain?

I don't know how many confirmation was there when I sent ...

Ok so let me get this right, you sent btc from one address to another and when you checked on blockchain.info later it had 1 confirmation so you sent that amount to a 3rd address but it's not confirmed yet.
If that was it then not a problem but where i get confused is that you say blockchain.info ...
