It seems like there ought to be a way to pool harvesting similar to how POW coins let you pool mining. Maybe this could be implemented by somehow linking accounts with smart contracts? Obviously streamed pay out would still be based on fraction of total importance rather than hashpower.
I would be willing to pay a small fee to get a regular stream of NEM instead of a block every couple weeks where half the time it's empty. This may also encourage folks to enter the space if they can't afford to get up to the 10,000 vested NEM at this point.
Is anyone already working on this?

Harvesting isn't as lucrative as you might think. I got in early so I have a healthy chunk of XEM but I see a snowflake's worth of harvesting. I don't think I am doing anything incorrectly, but even with my stash, it's almost better I xfer it all back to an exchange and start day trading it.
