buying bitcoin by credit card

hello , I buy bitcoin by credit card with simplex second time.

They send Payment Request Approved to my mailbox but in my wallet still don't update . ( 3 hours ago )

Don't the same as first time as my paying , the first time they send to my wallet in 20 minute correctly.

I send email to their support service but still not reply .

Can anyone suggest me about this ?
