Cargo spacecraft Progress may have been lost as it entered wrong orbit

MOSCOW, December 1. /TASS/. Russia’s cargo spacecraft Progress MS-04 has most probably entered the wrong orbit and will be unable to approach the International Space Station (ISS), a source in the space rocket industry has told TASS.

Lol. Talk about really messing it up there. Weird this has not been reported in more mainstream news, but then again, Russia probably would not want to admit to the mistakes that were made in the public.

Feels a bit weird though, has to have been human error. Almost 50 years since we landed on the moon.

It is still very recent so western media outlets may pick up on the story eventually. The ISS serves NASA too so it should be a relevant story worldwide.
