Is it possible to create a crowd banking system with Bitcoin?
For example: If you want to help a poor entrepreneur who have no access to any financial institution in a poor country, sending him/her 40 USD converted to the fiat currency of the country where she/he lives, it could have a huge impact at a local level (Bitcoin as a transfer layer of money?)
