You can create a listing at Paxful.com indicating that you will pay a specific amount of Bitcoin for Amazon gift cards.

Moreover, I believe that you may specify that you only accept Amazon gift cards which\ will work on all versions of Amazon (or specifically European versions).

You could try https://www.egifter.com/giftcards/. Change the US flag to the GER or UK flag in order to get the Amazon.de (or co.uk) gift cards. The website is getting some mixed reviews but it looks legit. Maybe it's a good idea to try a 10 EUR (OR GBP) gift card first.
