ORDER CODE!! What can I do? Help!! Topic is solved

Hello everyone,
Ive'd just tryed to transfer somehow some bitcoins and did something wrong...
And now the bitcoins are not on my account anymore and just have an ORDER CODE and no confirmation time!!
Please note that i tyed this directly from the website where i have my bitcoins!
I would want to now what cand I do?
Is my bitcoins lost? ( I am a newbie at Cryptocurency!)

I have an account with bitcoin cash account.
I bought $120 coin and the transaction went through moonpay
But the coin failed appear on my bitcoin cash account, so I can't send any of it to anyone.
moonpay people gave me the cash address, which doesn't do much.

Can you help me put this money into my bitcoin cash account?
