PlatON is the next-generation global computing network and public infrastructure in the new digital age.

Information trade is trickier. Traditional markets for data ownership often fail because it is difficult to enforce data ownership. PlatON took a different approach. First, we respect the sovereignty of the data and trade the right to use the information only. Application of cryptographic technology information ownership such as homomorphic encryption and secure multi-party computations. Data owners can secure their database information. They can use their information, in what way and when. Second, we provide the method to pay the right to use the information. We need to ensure that data users fairly and adequately own the data. PlatON is a next-generation computing architecture PlatON's mission is to create a computing factory that will allow access to the resources and applications listed as a service through its own service market. Architecture of this platform will enable the creation of a next-generation clearinghouse for rapid and transparent dispute resolution and will protect privacy at an industry-leading level. PlatON's technology can be used to substantially enhance existing authentication, credit reporting and data transaction applications, build social networks and provide global infrastructure for IoT devices.

PlatON's three major goals in economic design:

PlatON's goal is to create an infrastructure that is self-financing, self-organized, self-governed and self-reliant. In PlatON's public networks, the infrastructure can generate enough revenue for its maintenance, and is driven by a market system without relying solely on central authority. Economic integration plays an important role in the economic design of the platoon. Decentralization and security are top priorities in which users will align their interests with infrastructure.


PlatON’s Economic Design on Governance Structure:
PlatON’s economic design has stronger economic cohesion than other public blockchain networks, which reflects greater commitment among participants and a deeper alignment of interest between greater exposure and engagement. The role and value of economic reconciliation also reflects on the relationship between DApps and DeFI (decentralized finance). To encourage this economic reconciliation relationship, the PlatON Foundation will initially donate a portion of the Energon reserves to the DApps sub-communities as a 'Kick Start Fund'. The relationship between the Dapps tokens and the Energon reserves selected by the DApps sub-communities is stronger, with more donations from the PlatON Foundation. In a word, the economic design of the PlatON is 'created by the community' created and managed by the community.

PlatON will also support the development of a stable currency parallel to that of the Energon. Some partners in the business of data usage and computing power may prefer to settle liabilities in a stable currency than argon. Platon will provide this flexibility. More trade settled on stable coins means more demand for a stable currency, resulting in more argon collateral.
