Do I need to restrict access or control the Internet usage by my kids?

I think you should only do that if your child is very young and don't want them to watch porn or something or if your son/daughter is older and acting weirdly suspicious.
Personally I believe education is more important than monitoring, with which i mean tell your children the dangers of the Internet, don't just say "its dangerous out there, i'm gonna look at everything you do to ensure you are safe" because these days the kids know whats going on better than the parents.
