Shouldn't we allow miners to login with their real names?

When anyone joins a crypto-exchange they have to produce their ID, a real photo of themselves holding up some words, mining seems to be so lax when it comes to security. These ASIC miners are stealing from us. STEALING. And we are doing nothing, we are not really go max out to identify these
individuals, putting in place maximum security to prevent abuse of the network.

I'm not saying reveal who received the mining rewards, by real name, we can continue to use

type addresses in the mining pools,

but behind the scenes, where the organizers of Monero have some control or is monitoring the network, won't it help prevent abuse if we login into the network with our real names, in other words our real ID's too? Perhaps Monero can organize that a website takes all the registrations. Users have to agree to certain terms and conditions or they will be banned from the network. There has to be a process to check IDs on the network ... if some abusive user can make 1,000s of dollars a month from mining, they surely can buy a webcam. We are living in the 21st century, we need to find a way to physically check abuse. Even smartphones have video conferencing now.

Especially the enormous user that causes forks is a problem I think.

What do you think?
