Kraken exchange recently self-evaluated at $4 Billion USD. They are willing to sell equity to a limited number of investors. Would you invest at such an evaluation if you could?

“Self-evaluated” at $4 billion. What was the basis for evaluation and which assumptions has been used? What is the profitability of business and volume of operations? What is the business plan and further growth of business? At what value they are willing to sell?
