This is probably the perfect time to buy. Perhaps, next year the Government will approve bitcoin EFT and the price will skyrocket again. yes it is the best time to buy the coin as now the value is low and its price is going to increase soon ...before the value of the coin reaches heights better u buy the coin bcoz no one knows when the value of the coin is going to increase...raise and fall is common in all coins ..
