Hackers and fraudsters prey on cryptocurrency and blockchain investors. Being such a new space, lots of people are not overly knowledgeable about it. Therefore, it becomes easier for fraudsters to pull off their crimes.

You are absolutely right. Bounty campaigns nowadays doing for ICOs the same what crypto pump and dump methods were doing for the coins. They create the feeling that the project is interesting and demanded and what is even worse, they grow tons of multi-accounts for spamming.I experienced bounty scam.
