can site owner of Bitcoin.com fix the chart downloads?

the export to excel function has been half broken during august, now its completely broken.

would be great if it worked again.

why do the charts not update for days even weeks then suddenly catch up?

is bitcoin dying that badly that even bitcoin.com does feel like fixing charts is worth it?
