$75 worth of bitcoin topic

If i posted ticket info plus the block chain, will i still get help from anyone on how to resolve this and have my $75 or a little less than $75 posted to my bitcoin wallet account?
A few days ago i purchased $80 worth of bitcoin at a kiosk and then later in the day i scanned the private key of my paper wallet and it showed up in my bitcoin wallet account.
Why then would the $75 worth of bitcoin i purchased, not post ( and apparently got lost ) to my bitcoin wallet account? It should have just like the $80 did.
Here is the info from the ticket and the kiosk vender and from a bitcoin email i got :
