Back in late Jan, I tried to withdraw some BTC from my Bithumb account and send it to my hardware wallet. Their system sent me an SMS authentication code which never arrived so I couldn't withdraw. I tried to change my registered mobile number but it wouldn't accept my UK number. I tried to activate 2FA but this also required an SMS authentication code which again never arrived.
Since then I've written to Bithumb Customer Support over 40 times about this issue. They are always prompt in their reply and polite but have yet to resolve it. I receive advertising SMSs from Bithumb regularly but their system won't send me the codes I need to do withdrawals or activate 2FA.
Can anyone suggest something else I can do to get my BTC back from Bithumb? I haven't called them up as I'm in the UK and the time zone is a hassle.
I know that Crypto exchange's customer service is not their strong point, but I still find this excessive
