Old purchased bitcoins

Wed Mar 07, 2018 7:12 pm

I’m 99% sure I purchased a few hundred dollars worth of bitcoin between 2007 and 2011 I was attempting to make a purchase on Silk Road but never followed thru with the purchase and the bitcoin was forgotten about . How would I find out how to see if I still have them.

Do you remember downloading a wallet? Search for a wallet.dat file on your computer--if it's the same one from back then.

I think you must had all the information related to your purchase at that time on your email address. Do you remember which email you were using at that time? If yes, then your problem is solved. If no, then I also do not know what to do. Best of luck!
