JPMorgan's permissioned (not permissionless) ledger,
Juno, is now available at Github:

It appears that
Juno was introduced at a Linux Foundation committee on or about March 3rd 2016.
Lead developer seems to be Will Martino.
Apparently there's
no mining involved because they use
Tangaroa?
Evidentally, aside from bieng a God, Tangaroa is an implementation of the
Raft protocol in Haskell.
