cloud mining awaiting confirmation

I tried to buy a cloud mining contract and its stuck awaiting confirmation.

I tried to pay using trezor but it does not support the cash address so I sent 16BCH to my bitcoin.com mobile wallet.
By the time it had confirmed there was 17 mins left before the price to update.

So i scanned the QR code and sent 15.269 BCH. As soon as I did this the address updated and said I had to pay slightly more and its still awaiting confirmation. WTF

But when I try and send more the bitcoin.com wallet tries to send another 15.3 BCH. I remember you can go back to the main page and navigate to the contracts page - hoping it will generate a NEW QR code for a payment that is slightly more but it doesn't the contract is stuck awaiting confirmation.

please can someone manually activate the contract or give me a refund.
I prefer to keep the contract active. Also will the contract expire 1 year from when it activates and not from when i tired to pay?

I would give the option of paying to a legacy bch address, at least until trezor supports it. If I was using my trezor I could have avoided this mess

The reason was the contract was under-payed.

you can just manually pay the original address the outstanding amount.

Support answered my question in a few minutes
