I think you need to choose between latex or foam mattresses.

There are many different types of mattresses, and they also look different. Choose a suitable mattress is quite simple. For example I am a side sleeper so I found a mattress for me on https://sleepmentor.net/best-mattress-f ... -sleepers/ it is Loom & Leaf Relaxed Firm Mattress. You can see how it looks.

Perhaps look into hybrid spring/memory foam beds. They are the perfect combination of technologies and come at relatively low prices. You can order one right to your door in a box these days!

Such mattress must offer great support to prevent pelvic rotation and have a soft-medium firm level. I think memory foam type is the best choice for you. But you need to pay attention on firmness, because side sleepers need a mattress with a suitable firmness that will help relieve pressure from back and neck. Very firm mattress will be bad. I recommend to read this reviews https://sleepissimple.com/best-mattress ... -sleepers/ they will help you to make a choice.

We have Leesa mattress which we find extremely . Now we are looking for a pillow. Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent pillow? My husband John has had head tilt for 3 years now and has always felt comfortable with a memory foam pillow but now is finding it extremely uncomfortable. We've read tons of reviews online https://www.theolive.com/reviews/best-cooling-pillow/ though we are looking for the recommendations.

My friend works in a mattress factory and he advised me which mattress to buy. I, in turn, want to say that you don’t need to spare money for it, a good mattress is a pledge of healthy sleep.

I have been very happy with my latex mattress. I've only had it for a couple years but so far durable as a tank and zero pressure points. Good luck on your search, these reviews will surely help https://practicalsleep.com/best-mattresses-under-500/ . I found I will never go back to a spring.
