Have bought bitcoin via, bitcoin.com / simplex.com. I had some problems getting the documentation ok, but it succeeds. Now the money has been raised on my mastercard, but money has not gone into my bitcoin wallet. what can I do?

Also got the same issue before and I waited an hour after it was reflected in my wallet.
