Sent BCH from Bittrex to GDAX

Hello there,

I had sent some BCH from my Bittrex account to my GDAX account on 12/19/2017 but I still have yet to receive it.

I contacted GDAX few times but there are no responses.

On my Bittrex account it is stating that the transaction has been completed for withdrawal (along with TxID) but I still see no pending deposit from my GDAX account.

Is there a way I can retrieve my BCH?
