Bitcoin alımım iptal edildi para gelmedi YARDIM!

2 hafta önce bitcoin aldım fakat bir sorun olduğundan iptal edildi mesajı geldi. Ama para hala hesabıma yatmadı. Gelen mesaj ise şu şekilde:
