Bitcoin Not On Block chain (HELP)

Fri Dec 08, 2017 8:50 pm

I have a bitpay wallet and bitpay card. The bitpay wallet is on my phone. I received bitcoin to my bitpay wallet yesterday and proceeded to send it to my bitpay card . The transaction in my bitpay wallet shows as "sending" but when I click the link to view the transaction on the block chain it comes up with transaction not found, the bitcoin has been deducted from my wallet balance and still lists as sending 24 hours later with still no transaction to even lookup in the blockchian. What do I do, did I lose the bitcoin? Someone please help me.

The Bitcoin SegWit chain is congested and the mempool is very high thus transactions can take very long.
(Although it is interesting that the transaction is not even in the mempool)

Did you check with Bitpay given that both the wallet and the credit card are from them?
