What are the best exchanges for Bitcoin Cash? I noticed that Bitcoin.com promoted AnyBits. If you purchase from AnyBits does that allow the coins to be sent to my personal wallet or do the coins simply sit on an account with AnyBits (like a bank)? Are there any better exchanges for Bitcoin Cash that allow the coins to be directed to my wallet?

In a related question, if I had bitcoins on Coinbase and I want to transfer them to my personal wallet is there any special way to do this? Do I simply use the Coinbase web interface to send the coins to my wallet address? Or is there a better way to do this, like one that wouldn't require paying any transaction fees?

I cannot tell you if they're specifically "better" but because you indicate that you're looking to "exchanges for Bitcoin Cash that allow the coins to be directed to my wallet" I can tell that the following two exchanges will specifically do that:

Kraken gives me the message "BCH/USD orders are not available for tier 0 users." whatever that means... I haven't tried CEX.io yet, but I'm wondering if this just isn't possible to outright purchase BCH from US$.

Sorry to read that you're having a difficult time trading US dollars directly for BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash).

I'm in the US too but I typically acquire bitcoin and then trade bitcoin for bitcoin cash (and other coins).

However, I have used Changelly a number of times in the past (the last time may have been about 3 months ago when I was looking at EOS token) and I was allowed to use a bank card. I too was directed to the other site to make payment and, from what I gathered, your bank must support 3D-security.

3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions.

Well the only reason I was looking to directly purchase BCH is because I thought it would be cheaper (fewer transactions) than buying BTC and then converting to BCH. But since I haven't actually found a place to buy BCH yet I haven't been able to compare the actual costs. However, if you just purchase BTC and then convert to other currencies then I suppose that's a good option for me too (probably using Changelly). At this point I'm about ready to try that rather then opening up another new account with another exchange. Thanks for your advice.
