Existing lifetime contracts will will not include hardware upgrades. Only new contracts can take advantage of the cost savings of new hardware.1. Do lifetime contracts cover upgrades to hardware? i.e if a new antminer comes out, would only new contracts utilise the new hardware, or would the pool as a whole get upgraded?
Our contracts will likely come online much earlier than 30th April. I will email more details to all lifetime contract holders within the next 2 weeks.2. What is the chance of current lifetime contracts coming back online prior to 30th April and is the maintenance fee guaranteed to stay at $0.28 per T/H? Also, is it known as yet which country associated servers will be migrated to?
Thanks for the update Roger. Glad they're coming back online soon!I just wanted to give everyone an update on the miners.
We already paid to have them shipped from China to the USA via air freight.
The cost for that was nearly $300,000 USD.
We then paid for them to ship by truck to a data center we located that should be a reliable long term partner for us.
The cost for this shipping was nearly $30,000
We then had to prepay for a portion of the hosting.
The cost for that was nearly $400,000
We are now waiting for construction to finish at the data center and for them to deploy our miners.
We will continue to keep everyone posted and apologize for the issue caused by China kicking all the miners out.

Great news, thanks! Will you be offering life contracts again? We are pleased to announce that all lifetime contracts are active again, ahead of schedule!
All our mining hardware in China has been successfully moved to the USA. We also have additional hardware coming online, so we will have more contracts for sale soon.
We are continuing to offer full refunds for lifetime contracts, even while they are active.
To receive your full refund, please go to your purchased contracts page (http://console.pool.bitcoin.com/purchasedcontracts), click on your contract, then click "Refund" to complete the process.
Thank you for mining with us!
We aren't planning to sell new lifetime contracts soon.Great news, thanks! Will you be offering life contracts again?
You can turn it on in the settings page:Is auto withdrawl disabled? I can't seem to find where to turn it on.

We would much rather underpromise and over deliver rather than the other day around. Thanks for re-enabling the life-time contracts in 41 days, instead of the previously estimated 100 - 105 days.

Manual withdrawals can take several hours if there are many withdraw requests. Thanks, sent through another withdrawal request five hours ago. Please email a screenshot to pool@bitcoin.comThanks Shaun,
Where on the settings page is the auto withdrawal button? I can't see it for some reason..
Our calculator is correct for hardware mining (at current mining difficulty and Bitcoin price). You may want to update the "Estimated 24 hour Revenue" calculator that is located under the bar graph in Dashboard. For a 5 TH/s contract, it calculates $4.13 for BTC and $4.08 for BCH. Since the pool came back on line, for my 5 TH/s contract, and with switching to the most profitable coin on, I am getting around $3.05 to $3.45 per day. (I calculated this from the bar graphs in the Dashboard page).
So I received a double payout from the Daily BCH Auto-withdrawal.....
It will take me a few days to accumulate enough to offset the Negative balance...
I will stick around and do so and not run away with the windfall.
Become a citizen elsewhere? As it is right now it is a royal pain to report mining income from this mining pool for tax purposes here in the US. The CSV's provided are not helpful enough in reporting for taxes.
I believe I am supposed to report daily payout in terms of BTC/BCH(for reporting capital gains) and in terms of USD earned(for income tax), except the CSV doesn't report what I get paid, it reports the PPS earned without including associated fee within the same row. So in order for my accounting to be accurate, I must calculate my PPS earned everyday minus the assosciated fees. Would be much easier if that was already done for me and there is no good reason, as far as I'm aware, as to why it's not.
Ultimately what would be the most helpful for us would be to create .csv file that is compatible with accounting websites like bitcoin.tax. Currently, they are incompatible in terms of information provided and needed. It would also be really nice to see what everything's value is in my chosen currency(USD).
Lord knows none of us here like taxes, but can we get any help with this?
Thank you.
