The first pet bird?

Fri Mar 22, 2019 2:32 am

My son wants to have a pet. I think that he is still too small for this, he is 6 years old. But my wife thinks he needs to learn how to take care of someone. I think birds are quite difficult to care for. Did you have birds? How did you take care of them?

Which bird do you need? I love birds, in my childhood I had two lovebirds parrots. These pets have a number of advantages, but one of the downsides is their talkativeness in the morning. I want Cockatiel. This is a very smart and quiet bird. These birds need a lot of space, so it's very important to choose a good cage for them. On the Internet there is a lot of information about this, for example, cockatielreview is a good portal about it. It's very important to choose quality products for your birds. This is worth thinking in advance.

We have two lovebirds named coco and kiki. They are both cute and my son loves them.

That's true that he needs to do that cause when was very small I couldn't do that anyway for whatever reason out there and I hope it will make me somewhat better than this on all things possible. I have small bird at his age and I make her pain a lot of times, be carefull.

Choosing a pet is an individual choice. Someone likes dogs, someone cats, someone birds. It still depends on the character.

I think a bird for a child is too serious

It's really a serious thing cause it's way too cosy for them to make something out of it anyway for many many reasons out there. When I was a child we do have a bit of small birds and they are all damaged now anyway for many things!
