Litecoin Price Skyrockets as Coinbase Adds LTC

On Wednesday, May 3, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Coinbase, announced that it was adding support for Litecoin. The Litecoin price reacted immediately with a sharp rise in price from $16 to $21 to surpass a market cap of $1 billion.

How does this community believe LTC will perform going forward?

Is this the start of prolonged demand and price growth?

Or is this a momentary bubble that will eventually fall back to its pre-Coinbase levels of ~$10?

Litecoin is undervalued considering the possibilities of the platform.

Work is in progress to implement lightning network, and there are already developer releases that can be run on top of litecoin.
