Law School paper: Bitcoin as a Security under the SEC Acts

Fri Jun 02, 2017 5:42 pm

What's up everyone,

I posted a link to this legal paper I wrote for my Securities Regulation law school class in "bitcoin for beginners" forum. I thought I should also post it here in the legal forum if anyone here is interested in reading it.

Here is a google drive link to my bitcoin securities paper:

(Updated link)
--Please let me know if it doesn't work

Any questions or comments, please feel free to hit me up! I am also going to write about the DPR, so please see my other post!
Thanks!

People are taking interest in the discussions related to the Bitcoin. They are joining the platforms which discuss the news and analysis about BTC. This forum and many others are the viable examples. I think the traffic will get intense soon. Do you believe the same as I?
