Been playing for 6 years. Rapid gameplay, normally instant (or close to) deposits/withdrawals (1 confirm). Anonymous (no signup, just secure your account and use the private link)
The only downside is what I am going through now - and have been for a LONG time.
My problem is that I had an incident a LONG time ago (a bug occurred that cost me a large bet). I did what I thought was right. Took a screenshot, emailed in the details, provided a timestamp etc. The only way to contact the site is through Telegram (sporadic hours) or email (also sporadic). It doesn't appear that anyone monitors the thread over at bitcointalk anymore.
Initially support misunderstood my issue (they thought I didn't understand the rules of the game) - then they replied thinking I didn't understand the odds of the game. Then over time, I was told the game had completed and I lost. Then I was told it was a bug, but it had been fixed (not addressing my lost bet). Then I was told the issue occurred too long ago.
The site allows anonymous play - but that anonymity is a 2-way street. The support people have no idea beyond the admin they report to - who actually runs the site. I recently reached out to a person who I believed to have been part of the site a while back, they, in turn, reached out to the "site operator". With all the details - they discussed it and came back to me and said " I suspect they will send you the _____ BTC and maybe even a bit extra" (I blanked out the amount)
That was 12 days ago (the communication between the person I contacted and the site operator. The actual incident occurred MUCH longer ago) I've had telegram admins message me and then go silent for days. Emails to support are sometimes ignored, sometimes responded with "We're very sorry - we'll ask for an update" - but nothing.
This has been my go-to casino for 6+ years. Support has always been a bit frustrating as it seems like it's not offered on weekends or holidays - but this incident has really been frustrating. I'm hoping someone/anyone who actually operates the site sees this and recognizes the incident from their recent conversation with the person I had reached out to them.
I'm not asking for a bug bounty, I'm not asking for anything extra than the bet (it's technically 2 bets since it was a split hand in blackjack)
