Help my transactions are not confirming

Transferring out of my electrum wallet is not working. I think it may be fee related I set the fee to dynamic the second time but it paid the same fee.
I have had one pending for days, the other many hours with 0 confirmations and certain it will never confirm

I was hoping someone would be kind enough to put them through an accelerator -
