How to Export Bitcoin.com Wallet to Electrum?

As i would just like to keep my just bought ltc and btc in a similar Wallet, how do i export the private key from the bitcoin.com wallet?
All i get when following the instructions is a "Download" button that downloads a "Pesonal Wallet-Bitcoin.com Walletbackup.aes.json"
How do i proceed from this?

If you open the json file with a text editor.
Do you see private keys that start with the number 5?

If so you can sweep those into Electrum, meaning Electrum will transfer all bitcoins from that address to an address in Electrum.
This is the preferred way than importing the old addresses because they would not be recoverable with the seed.
