Bitcoin Core Sent Coins Without My Authorization

Fri Feb 28, 2020 6:05 pm

Yesterday evening, when I was working on my PC, and running Bitcoin Core v19.0.1 I noticed that my wallet sent 0.0045 bitcoin to this address bc1qz944eascuflps4nmsc0w5cpz9p3cxdyqjmmqw7

My wallet is encrypted, and I did not send anything.

The previous day I had bought and received some bitcoins from CoinFloor exchange.

To be on the safe side, I transferred the balance of my wallet to Coinfloor, and have now created a new wallet.

While it's not a huge loss, I'm puzzled, and greatly concerned about how this could have happened.

Any ideas?
