Scavenger World is a new kind of personal navigation system which rewards its users as they perform regular everyday activities like driving to work, going shopping or walking the dog.
Think of a real-world version of Pacman, where you collect points as you travel around. The more points you collect, the more rewards you earn. Scavenger World is like a more sedate version of Pokemon Go that doesn't require you to "catch 'em all", it simply requires you to use the app as your regular GPS device.
Scavenger World will be offered as a free download from the iPhone and Android app stores and will earn money in three ways;
1. Advertising - The game shows an unobtrusive banner at the bottom of the screen which is updated every 60 seconds. Depending on the location of the player, these adverts generate between $0.50 and $5.00 per thousand impressions.
2. Pro Version - Users that do not wish to have adverts can upgrade the game via an 'In App Purchase'. This will be a one-time cost in the region of $3.99. The pro version will also include other value-added enhancements.
3. Partnerships - We intend to partner with businesses in a variety of ways. For example, a coffee shop chain could scatter virtual discount vouchers around the map which users could collect and use in their branches.
BENEFITS OF ASSET OWNERSHIP
After Scavenger World appears in the app stores, a 20% share of the advertising revenues will be converted to NXT and automatically distributed to asset holders.
There are a total of 1,000,000 Scavenger Assets on that will be made available, meaning that a single Scavenger Asset will receive 0.0001% of the available share of advertising revenue.
Therefore, someone who holds 10,000 Scavenger Assets would receive 1% of the revenue split and someone who holds 100,000 Scavenger Assets would receive 10% of the available monthly revenue.
