Looks like you are using an old version of the wallet. It displays Bitcoin Cash as "BCC", and the new version displays it as "BCH". Also, a fee level of 25 satoshi per byte is overpaying by at least 25x. Try upgrading, and try again. Be sure you have the wallet recovery phrase backed up before upgr...

Bitcoin.com wallet, can't send money out
I'm trying to send money using the Bitcoin.com desktop wallet but I get an error:
1) could not get dynamic fee from Livenet
2) error querying the blockchain
